I am 23 years old, a college correct meet starting soured my career. No kids or wedlock yet. What are the prizewinning books, magazines, sites, tools, etc. regarding individualized direction at this stage of life? A aggregation of what I’ve seen seems same beatific advice yet intermeshed toward grouping with families, ingrained in careers, and with tons of debt.

  1. You need to look up Suze Orman, she has the perfect book for college graduates, forgot what it’s called, saw her on public television speaking to college students. Best of luck to you. Stay single.

  2. Try reading up blogs of users who write innovative life changing articles on saving money, managing finances, etc.

    Please see the following websites:
    http://www.getrichslowly.org – Excellent articles
http://www.prudentdude.com – great starter blog on saving money
http://www.iwillteachyoutoberich – this may sound like a scam, but if you get this guy’s book, its worth every penny.

Overall in a nutsheel, just keep reading, gain knowledge and you should be leverage it to your benefit. And oh yes, before you do anything, please set up a Roth IRA for this year and pump in 5k in it before the tax season is up. This is the one immediate thing that can get you started to the path towards early retirement : )
