Since Fannie/Freddie do not make loans of any kind, you should do more research on your supposed industry.. Do you know how Fannie/Freddie work? They do not create loans. They buy them.

Banks: Okay…sure. Why not, they’re “guaranteed” by a Govt Enterprise

All the while, Fan & Fred had skewed accounting & was covering the truth in the books

Repubs wanted more oversight on these accounting flaws & tried to pass Bill S190 back in ‘05

Bill S190 went to committee (20 members) — 11 were Repub — 9 were Dem. For a bill to move fwd, it must gain 60% support. Repubs needed only ONE dem to support but none did & it died
